The Wellness Kitchen at Alberta Health Services’ Wellness Centre in Calgary has moved their food, nutrition, and cooking demonstrations and courses to an online format. Courses include tips and instructions on how to cook for a variety of health conditions including kidney issues, prediabetes and diabetes, fatigue, liver disease and heart disease. The Wellness Kitchen courses are taught by registered dieticians and referrals are not required. Their program listing changes every few months, so check their program guide often.
Get Cooking Culinary School
Get Cooking is an Edmonton culinary school that offers online cooking classes taught by top chefs. Each month features a full range of interesting and delicious courses like Fish Friday, Cheesy Appetizers, Decadent Desserts, and Hearty Main Dishes.
