EDMONTON — A 12-year old boy has been rushed to hospital in Edmonton after he was hit by a school bus.
Edmonton police say officers responded to a report of a collision about 8:30 a.m.
Investigators believe the youth was travelling across a street when he was struck by a bus that was turning left.
Police say the boy was taken to hospital with very serious but not life-threatening injuries.
A second bus went to the scene to take students on the bus to school.
Police say they continue to investigate the collision.
