Proline players' support of Oilers appears to be waning

Proline bettors' support of the Edmonton Oilers appears to be on the decline.

The Oilers trail the Florida Panthers 2-0 in the best-of-seven Stanley Cup final. The series is scheduled to resume Thursday night in Alberta.

But 63 per cent of Proline bettors have Florida winning Thursday night's game.

Florida defeated Edmonton 4-1 on Monday night. Just 41 per cent of bettors had the Panthers winning the game while 52 per cent picked the total under 5.5 goals.

The Boston Celtics lead the NBA final 2-0 following their 105-98 victory Sunday night. The result surprised many Proline bettors as just 48 per cent took the Celtics to win while 66 per cent had Dallas +7.5 points.

The series resumes Wednesday night in Dallas, with 78 per cent of bettors believing the Mavericks will win. Seventy per cent, though, have Boston +3.5 points.

The Toronto Blue Jays dropped a 3-1 decision Monday night to the Milwaukee Brewers. Forty-seven per cent of Proline players had the Brewers winning while 49 per cent took the total under 8.5 runs.

A $20 wager turned into a $3,864 payout for a Proline retail customer who correctly selected an eight-pick Major League Baseball parlay. A digital customer won $4,012 from a $50 wager on a seven-pick parlay.
