MEDICINE HAT, Alta. — Oasiz Wiesblatt had two goals and two assists to lead the Medicine Hat Tigers in taking down the league-leading Winnipeg Ice 6-4 on Wednesday.

Hunter St. Martin, Reid Andresen, Andrew Basha and Cru Hanas provided the rest of the offence for Medicine Hat (25-24-8-1).

Evan May made 40 saves, including 15 in the third period.

Easton Armstrong, Zack Ostapchuk, Connor McClennon and Matthew Savoie answered for Winnipeg (48-8-1), which had its 11-game winning streak snapped.

Mason Beaupit stopped 22 shots in a losing effort.

Entering the third period up 4-3, the Tigers outscored the Ice 2-1 in the frame despite being outshot 16-5.
