Toronto Wolfpack unveil new Super League uniforms ahead of pre-season opener

TORONTO — The Toronto Wolfpack unveiled their new uniforms Wednesday ahead of their pre-season debut Sunday.

The transatlantic rugby league team, which started play in England's third tier in 2017, visit Castleford Tigers on Sunday. The two teams meet again Feb. 2 at Emerald Headingley Stadium in Leeds as the Wolfpack begin life in the top-tier Betfred Super League.

Toronto's new Super League kit, created with apparel partner BLK, comes in white (home) and black (away). Both jerseys feature the outline of the team's wolf head logo across the front. The black kit introduces a new gold trim on the sleeves and socks, while the white kit has a black collar and features Canadian red as the trim on the sleeves and socks.

The uniform features a variety of sponsors with Rugby Strength, a CBD-infused body topical cream launched by a wholly owned subsidiary of the team in October, adorning the chest.

Air Transat, the team's airline partner, moves from the chest to both jersey sleeves.

Maple Leaf Diamonds, Metrolinx, Treated.com, Yotta Laboratories and Hopwood Hall College (the Wolfpack's home base in England) also are featured on the uniforms.

The Wolfpack, featuring marquee signing Sonny Bill Williams, open at home April 18 against Hull FC.
