Two men tried forcing a woman into a vehicle and Lloydminster RCMP are asking the public to help identify the truck.
On March 24, Lloydminster RCMP received a report of an attempted abduction in Lloydminster. A vehicle with two male suspects was reported to have pulled up alongside a female walking and asked if she wanted a ride. The female declined and walked away.
The vehicle continued to follow the female at a slow rate of speed until it stopped and both occupants exited the vehicle and attempted to force the female into the front of the vehicle. The female began screaming and fighting which caught a witness’s attention, which allowed her to escape.
The suspect vehicle is a dark blue 2007-2009 GMC Sierra with Alberta license plate beginning with ZTE, end in three numbers.
The driver of the vehicle was described as a Caucasian male, about 50-60 years old. He was approximately 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 with a medium – heavy build. He was clean shaven.
The passenger of the vehicle was described as a Caucasian male, also approximately 50 - 60 years old. He was about 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 with a slender build. He was shaven with stubble.
