RCMP confirmed they have launched a suspicious death investigation following a fatal incident in the Elk Point area.
On March 11, RCMP received a call at approximately 12:50 a.m., regarding an incident involving a firearm and the death of an individual, according to information from Alberta RCMP “K” Division. Details regarding the incident's exact location remain undisclosed.
An autopsy is scheduled to be performed on March 13.
Additional updates will be provided if the incident is deemed to be criminal.
