Woman allegedly using a taser in St. Paul, RCMP seize the weapon

St. Paul RCMP seized a taser following a report of a fight on Oct. 1 within the town of St. Paul.

Shortly after 1 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a fight were a woman was allegedly using a taser, near 56th Street and 50th Avenue.

"Police responded quickly and were able to arrest the female and seize the taser," according to information from RCMP.

Kree Summer Helen Pochynok, 26, a resident of St. Paul, was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and weapons possession contrary to order (x2).

Kree Pochynok was held for a judicial interim release hearing, and remanded into custody. She is set to appear in court on Oct. 3, in St. Paul.
