Cremona Coyotes on the road in Lethbridge Saturday

CREMONA - The Cremona Coyotes are in Lethbridge on Saturday to face the Lightning at the Nicolas Sheran Arena.

The team is home again on Nov. 30 against the same Lightning.

The team came up short against the Piikani Reign in its last game on Sunday, Nov. 17 in a high-scoring affair at the Cremona Ag Society Community Arena.

The Rangeland Hockey League matchup saw the Coyotes get goals from Sean Lachapelle (assist Ryan Smiley), Ryan Chambers (assist Jacob Medicine Crane and Smiley), Braden Plaschewsky (assists Tyson Clyde Augustine) and Justin Horn (assist Chambers).

The Reign managed five straight in the third period for an 8-5 win.

Coyotes netminder Jason Reckseidler stopped 25 of 33 shots he faced. The Coyotes managed 55 shots on Reign keeper Robbie Heavy Runner.

The Coyotes are currently in fourth place with seven points; the Nanton Palominos are in first with a 7-1 record and 14 points.
