Cremona Coyotes top Mustangs at home

The Ranchland Hockey League Coyotes are back in action at home on Jan. 25 against the Piikani Reign

CREMONA - The Cremona Coyotes beat the Fort MacLeod Mustangs by a wide margin in hockey action recently.

The Coyotes hosted the Mustangs at the Cremona Ag Society Community Arena on Saturday, Jan. 11 getting three goals from Tyson Scott, two from Ryan Chambers, and singles from Braden Plaschewsky, Andrew Lankester in a 7-2 win.

Cremona netminder Adam Russo stopped 28 of 30 shots for the win. The Coyotes took 60 shots in the game and went one for eight on the power play.

The Coyotes are currently in third place in the league with a 6-6 record.

The Ranchland Hockey League Coyotes are back in action at home on Jan. 25 against the Piikani Reign.
