DIDSBURY - A $40,000 donation from AltaGas Harmattan will give students in three area schools access to new Chromebook laptop computers.

“Our library now has a brand new fleet of 30 Chromebooks as well as a charging cart for our students to use throughout the year and also for upcoming digital assessments,” said Didsbury High School vice-principal Tyler Jesse.

The three schools receiving the computers are Didsbury High School, Cremona School and Sundre High School.

At Cremona, the computers will be used by K-12 students, in Didsbury 9-12 and in Sundre 9-12, he said.

“Didsbury High School would like to thank our community partners at AltaGas Harmattan Plant for their generous donation to our school,” he said.
