DIDSBURY - Didsbury RCMP are asking for the public's help in locating a man who has not been seen or heard from in several months.
Dale Robert Hallett, 68, was last seen at a family member’s Didsbury residence on or about Feb. 28, 2021.
Police received a call from family members on Wednesday evening reporting that Hallett has not been in contact since that time.
“Dale is known to live a transient lifestyle. However, Didsbury RCMP are concerned for his well-being and would like to speak to him,” said RCMP Cpl. Tammy Keibel.
Asked if foul play is suspected, Keibel told The Albertan, “Not at this point, no. There is no indication.”
Asked if there is a vehicle associated with Hallett, she said no.
Hallett is described as Caucasian, five feet, 11 inche tall, 220 pounds or 100 kilograms, with short grey hair, blue eyes, and a chip in a top front tooth.
He is known to typically wear sweatpants or coveralls and long sleeve shirts.
He may have been in the Hinton area in early April 2021.
