DIDSBURY - The Mountainview Colts tied up their playoff series with the Red Deer Vipers, scoring a shutout win on Monday.

The teams are tied one win apiece in the best-of-five Heritage Junior B Hockey League north division playoff series.

The Colts hosted the Vipers at the Centennial Arena in Three Hills on Monday night, coming away with a 2-0 win.

The Colts got goals from Zachary Wheatley and Trey Mueller (assist Tristan Visser) for the victory.

Colts netminder Nicholas Smith stopped all 27 shots he faced for the win.

The Vipers won Game 1 on Feb. 22.

Game 3 goes Wednesday night at the Servus Arena in Red Deer.
