Colleen Hurst is an Alberta Trained Registered Massage Therapist that graduated from the Canadian Accredited Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She offers a vast array of massage needs including Therapeutic Massage, Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Hot Stones Massage, Craniosacral Massage CS1, she has a certificate in Oncology Massage, she has completed Isui Reiki level 2, as well as a trauma informed care course completion with AHS, and is currently finishing her Reflexology Certification.

Colleen has a specialist that is near and dear to her heart, Complete Decongestive Therapy Certification, using the Vodder technique. She received this intensive training from The Academy of Lymphatic Studies in Florida. This gives her a specialist in working with clients that have Lymphedema, Lipedema and any kind of Lymphatic concerns. This certification provides the Therapist with advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage Techniques to assist with Lymph on a deeper level. Colleen has her Level 1-3 Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the Chikly Institute in Tucson Arizona which gives her two lymph management approaches to apply to the unique needs of clients.
Lymphatic work is used for many things such as pre and post surgery, chronic inflammation and autoimmune disorders that cause pain and inflammation, to name a few. It is a treatment that comes in many delivery approaches and works well in regulating your immune system and much more.
Colleen offers combination treatments that integrate her skills with the clients needs discovered during the client interview, these two components are used to develop the treatment plan that is decided on by the client and guided by the therapist, consent is received and the right to alter is conveyed. Next, the journey to health begins.
