Health Canada is recalling Simplay3 Toddler Towers adjustable stools because they can tip over while children are using them.
The Simplay3 company has received reports of two injuries in Canada and eight injuries in the U.S.
The towers have a platform that can be moved to different heights so that kids can reach counters or tables while playing or learning with parents, siblings and caregivers.
The affected towers were sold in espresso, grey and white colours and the model number is 41807.
Consumers should stop using them and contact the Simplay3 company to get a free set of stabilizing bases that can be attached to the towers.
Health Canada says the affected towers were sold between November 2018 and June 2023.
It says about 4,600 of them have been sold in Canada.
The recall was issued jointly by Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Simplay3 company.
Simplay3's toll-free number is 866-855-0100 and its website is simplay3.com.
