My name is Tessa Schaber. I am the club reporter for the Bow-Inn 4-H Beef Club. This year there are 13 people in the club.
In November, the club volunteered at the Innisfail Kinsmen's Breakfast with Santa and had a table set up with information at the Innisfail High School Leadership Conference.
We are currently doing some fundraisers, which are ongoing. If you would like to contribute in anyway, please contact our club leader, Leona Marshall at 403-588-5283.
The battery drive has just recently ended. Thank you for everyone who donated their batteries. Our club is selling an ice melter, which is fast acting, long lasting, pet-friendly and vegetation and concrete safe.
Starting in January, our club will start collecting any electronics, which are no longer being used for the Electronic Recycling Project.
Contact us to arrange drop off or pick up. Be environmentally friendly, recycle and help out your local 4-H club.
Want some more recipes for Christmas and for the New Year? Our club is going to be selling 4-H Cookbooks. In a future date, we will be having a bottle drive. Save up your bottles to donate to a great cause.
Our public speaking night is scheduled for Jan. 15. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
