INNISFAIL - Motorists are being advised to avoid travel on Highway 2 in the Innisfail area Thursday night due to poor road conditions.
At 9:52 p.m. on Dec. 14, Innisfail RCMP issued a news release advising of poor road conditions on Highway 2 in the Innisfail area, for several kilometres in both directions.
Multiple vehicles have driven off the road and several trucks have slid and are blocking stretches of the highway, the release noted.
