INNISFAIL - Greetings from Rangeland 4-H Beef Club. Some of our most recent events included sledding at the Dickson Dam on Feb. 17 and the Junior Winter Camp from March 2 to 4 at Battle Lake.
Although it was very cold we all had so much fun! Our club also went to a Red Deer Rebels game on March 10.
Recently the Bashaw 4-H Club held its Multi Species Judging Day.
Last weekend our Sewing Club hosted its Achievement Day at the Van der Gun Dairy Farm on Highway 54. All are welcome to come!
The girls have done a great job with their projects and will display them. The beef and horse clubs have been busy preparing for their shows and events that are soon coming up. Stay tuned for more information closer to the date of shows.
Lastly I’d like to mention that on May 5 the province will be holding its Highway Cleanup, so just keep an eye out for those young members who are doing their best to clean up the highway ditches and let’s make sure they stay safe.
