The Lions Club of Innisfail sewed up a five-year lease of the Anthony Henday Campground with a $15,000 licence agreement approved by council members Feb. 25.
The Lions will take over a significant amount of maintenance, which the town had previously taken care of and perform site upgrades.
The previous lease had been for a one-year period.
