INNISFAIL – A local man is facing a trio of charges following a theft at a construction site.

RCMP Cpl. Troy Savinkoff said in a media release on March 3 that Innisfail RCMP responded to a report of theft of tools from a construction site on Feb. 23.

Savinkoff said as a result of the information RCMP received the following day a search warrant was executed at a residence on 49A Avenue in Innisfail.

He said as a result of the search police recovered all tools that were reported stolen.

Miles Brandon Barlow, 33, a resident of Innisfail, was arrested and has been charged with: theft under $5,000; possession of property under $5,000; and breach of probation.

Barlow was taken before a justice of the peace where he was subsequently released to appear in Red Deer provincial court on March 20.
