Innisfail RCMP investigate theft of two vehicles

INNISFAIL – Local Mounties are seeking public assistance in finding the culprits responsible for the thefts of two vehicles from an Innisfail business.

RCMP Cpl. Lacey Blair said in a news release issued today that at about 11:20 p.m. on Aug. 9, Innisfail RCMP received a complaint of a theft of the motor vehicles from a local business.

Blair said the investigation revealed that unknown persons entered the property and gained access to two vehicles parked in the lot.

The vehicles that were stolen are described as a grey 2002 Ford F-250 with Alberta licence plate BWX7430, which had a welder in the box of the truck.

Blair said the second vehicle is a beige GMC Duramax truck with Alberta licence plate MCU880.

Innisfail RCMP continue to investigate the thefts, said Blair.

Anyone with relevant information about the thefts is asked to contact the Innisfail RCMP detachment at 403-227-3342.
