Murder case adjourned to late April

Mark Damien Lindsay, who has been charged with second-degree murder, indignity to a body and obstruction of justice, appeared in Red Deer provincial court. His charges were adjourned until April 27 for election and plea.

Lindsay was charged in the death of Dana Turner. He was arrested in B.C. on March 15 and transported back to Alberta for his court appearance. Turner's remains were found about 10 kilometres west of Innisfail in October 2011 after she was reported missing to the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP in August 2011.
