With recent warm temperatures, the spring thaw in and around Innisfail appears well underway. Most of the ice on Dodd's Lake seems to have melted already, welcoming waterfowl and other wildlife back to the area.

Most of the ice on Dodd's Lake seems to have melted already, welcoming waterfowl and other wildlife back to the area.

Warm temperatures, with some days in the double digits, are expected to continue into early May.
