Royal watchers and residents of Innisfail and surrounding communities gathered at the Innisfail and District Historical Village on May 11 to celebrate the birth of a new royal baby.

They welcomed the news by holding a Royal Baby Tea.

Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is the first child for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. He was born on May 6 in London and is the eighth great-grandchild for Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip.

Archie Harrison is seventh in line to the British Throne.
