Break and enter
A break and enter on 50 Avenue was reported to Innisfail RCMP on June 29.
The residence had been entered via a brick through a window between the evening of June 26 and the afternoon of June 29.
Only a cellphone charger and two beers were taken.
Found vehicle
RCMP officers recovered a stolen vehicle from the McDonald's parking lot on June 29.
The Ford F350 truck had been taken from Erskine two days previously. No one was in the vehicle when it was found.
Rude etching
A vehicle was a vandalism victim.
On June 29, a car owner on 54A Avenue Crescent reported that someone had etched some foul language into the passenger side of the vehicle.
Firearms and assault charges
A man was charged with assault and firearms storage violations after the Innisfail RCMP responded to a domestic assault complaint in a rural area on June 30.
The incident was reported at about 11 a.m. When officers attended the scene, they found and seized seven firearms.
Spray paint
Mischief was reported to the police on the night of June 30.
The complaint came from a witness who saw two youths spray-painting on a sidewalk near Napolean Lake at 10:49 p.m.
Patrols were made but the youths were not located.
More mischief
A Penn West property on Cottonwood Road was hit by vandals overnight.
On July 1 at about 7:30 a.m., damage was reported to a window and the power box that were on the property.
Roof shenanigans
The RCMP received a complaint of someone on the roof at the Innisfail Historical Village on July 2. A patrol was made and no one was found.
Smells like theft
On July 3, the Innisfail Shoppers Drug Mart reported someone had stolen perfume from the store.
The incident was reported just before 4 p.m. A suspect was spotted on video camera.
Fuel card taken
A theft of a fuel card from the Fas Gas in Penhold was reported in early July.
Police said it appeared the card had been taken in June but it was not noticed until the charges came in. The card was used a few times a day almost every day at the Penhold station.
