INNISFAIL - The Innisfail RCMP detachment is holding a town hall meeting next month in part to discuss priorities and to get feedback from the community.
“Town halls have been an excellent way of not only sharing our information with the community but also receiving that first-hand feed back from the community,” says Staff Sgt Ian Ihme, the Innisfail RCMP detachment commander. “The Innisfail RCMP is committed to citizen engagement and in forming strong partnerships with the community.”
The town hall will be held in collaboration with the Town of Innisfail on Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. at the Innisfail Public Library.
There will be presentations from:
• Community Peace Officer program and Innisfail Fire Service;
• the new regional victim services model; and
• the Innisfail Citizen’s on Patrol Program.
