It was a great turnout and show of support from family and friends. This was a big competition, which included a tie for placing in the junior and intermediate categories. It led to a speak-off with an impromptu speech.

In the junior level Owen Hillman claimed first place, followed by Evann Steeves in second and Londyn Johanson earning third place. First place in presentation was Holly Bickley.

Carson Hillman won first place in the intermediate level while Traci Edmondson came in second with Rachael Stauffer coming in third. The first-place title for presentation went to Jayden Bickley.

In the senior level, first place was won by Mikaela Postma, with Lisa Van Der Gun coming in second and Shayna Pfeifer claiming third place. Emily Bickley won first place in presentation.

The Regional Public Speaking Competition will be held on Feb. 10, again at the Oklahoma Hall. Good luck to all participants at this level!
