INNISFAIL - Local Mounties are teaming up with Innisfail Victim Services this month to host the 5th annual Crime Prevention BBQ.
The public open house at the Innisfail RCMP detachment building will be held Thursday, May 24 between 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
The event will feature local RCMP officers, Safety Bear, victim services members, Restorative Justice officials and others. They will be available to answer questions about crime prevention and local policing priorities. Throughout the event detachment members will be serving hotdogs, hamburgers and offering tours of the RCMP detachment office and police equipment.
