INNISFAIL - Innisfail RCMP are no longer looking for a missing woman last seen in Innisfail on Remembrance Day.
Innisfail RCMP asked for public assistance on the evening Tuesday, Nov. 12 to help find a missing 31 year-old Innisfail woman.
In an update issued around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, police said she was located safe.
"We would like to thank the public and media for their assistance," police said in the Wednesday update.
The woman has last been seen in Innisfail on Nov. 11 when she departed her place of residence.
“There is concern for her well-being,” police said in the Nov. 12 release.
She was described as being five-feet, 10-inches tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds. She has short black hair and was possibly a wearing a black “puff” jacket.
Anyone with information regarding the woman’s whereabouts was asked to contact the Innisfail RCMP at 403-227-3342.
