Woman busted over stolen truck

An Innisfail woman is facing stolen property charges following a police bust at a residence early this month.

At about 3 p.m. on Nov. 1, local Innisfail RCMP members executed a search warrant at a residence on 44th Street, said Innisfail RCMP Cpl. Don Morrish.

He said local RCMP seized a white 2001 Chevrolet pickup truck that had been stolen from Lacombe. Morrish said the vehicle was partially taken apart, and various parts were found throughout the residence. Police also located a small amount of drugs and drug related paraphernalia, he said.
