SPRUCE VIEW - Presentations were recently made to the winners of the Spruce View & District Lions Club Peace Poster Contest. Suzanne Levac, far left and Phil Burkinshaw, far right, handed out cheques and certificates to first place winner Janessa Harty, third from left; Emma Humphrey, middle, who placed second and third place winner Taylor Jean James. Jay Steeves, principal of Spruce View School, back left, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for his continued support of the service club's contest.
