Innisfail RCMP is asking for the public’s help after a red 2001 Dodge Ram pick-up was stolen from a home near Innisfail, dumped and then set on fire.
The vehicle, which was heavily modified with after-market parts, was taken from the home near Township Rd. 362 and Hwy. 2A by unknown suspect(s) sometime in the early morning hours of July 22.
Police recovered the vehicle later the same day. It was completely destroyed.
Motorcycle torched in alley
Police are looking for answers after a motorcycle was taken from a home on 50 Ave. and set on fire last month.
The yellow Suzuki dirt bike suffered extensive damage after unknown suspect(s) took it to an alleyway close to 48 St. and lit it on fire. The bike was stolen sometime between 1:30 and 5:30 a.m. on July 17.
The incident is under investigation and Innisfail RCMP is asking the public to report any suspicious activity in that area during that time.
Items stolen from parked car in Innisfail
Police are asking for the public’s help to solve a crime where a number of items were stolen from a truck parked on 54 Ave. early last week.
According to police unknown suspect(s) entered the truck, a red Ford F150, sometime between 3 p.m. on July 31 and 1 p.m. on Aug. 1 and made off with a digital camera and a pair of binoculars.
Fishing items stolen from truck in Penhold
Innisfail RCMP is on the lookout for unknown suspect(s) after a truck parked on Heartland Cres. in Penhold was broken into sometime between May 20 and 22.
Once inside the GMC Z71 truck the suspect(s) stole a fish finder, fishing lures and a backpack.
Penhold garage break-in
Police are asking for the public’s help to solve a case of breaking and entering and mischief in Penhold in June.
According to Innisfail RCMP unknown suspect(s) entered the garage of a home located on Robinson Ave. sometime between 12:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on June 27.
They made off with a number of items after damaging the interior of the garage.
The case is still under investigation and anyone who witnessed unusual activity in the area at that time is asked to contact police.
