Update: Innisfail RCMP find man reported missing twice in one week

Police say missing person Joshua Leiman was last seen in Innisfail on May 18 at 11:30 p.m.

INNISFAIL - Innisfail RCMP are no longer looking for a man who was reported missing twice in one week.

"Innisfail RCMP are pleased to report that Joshua Leiman has been located safe. We would like to thank the public and media for their assistance," RCMP said in an update issued today (May 29).

Police issued a plea to the public on May 19 to help find Leiman who was last seen in Innisfail on May 18 at 11:30 p.m.

Innisfail RCMP had requested the public's assistance to locate the 25 year old, police said in a statement issued May 19.

Leiman is described as six-feet, two-inches tall and weighing 240 pounds. He has brown hair and a light complexion.

On Sunday, May 14, Innisfail RCMP located Leiman after putting out a similar public request for help finding him when he was reported missing early that morning.

Anyone with information on Leiman’s whereabouts was asked to contact the Innisfail RCMP at 403 227 3342.
