INNISFAIL – Just a handful of Innisfail residents showed up for the second annual Relay with Town Council. The informal evening event took place at the Innisfail Library/Learning Centre on June 20.

INNISFAIL - Hundreds of citizens from Innisfail and across Central Alberta came to Centennial Park on the afternoon of June 30 and stayed to nearly midnight to celebrate Canada's 152nd birthday.

RED DEER COUNTY – Innisfail RCMP is investigating a two-vehicle collision at a regional highway intersection that claimed the life of a motorcycle driver. Cpl. Jon Cormier, a spokesperson for the RCMP, said the accident occurred at about 1:30 p.m.
