DIDSBURY - Didsbury High School (DHS) put on another well-received performance on April 28 with a dinner theatre performance of Death of a Hot Sauce Salesman.
The evening featured a catered dinner followed by the play about a hot sauce mogul who is murdered at a family cookout.
Cali Beazley, director and DHS drama teacher, said the performance went very well.
"The response to the play has been great," said Beazley. "Everyone I spoke with really enjoyed the show and said the dinner was great. One message I received said that it was the best night of entertainment and food they have had in a long time."
The actors in the play were mostly seniors from DHS along with one Grade 10 student and two DHS drama alumni, said Beazley.
"One of the highlights of the show was the actor-audience interaction," she added. "Guests were seated at their table by the characters in the show and were actively involved in the investigation. Guests were given clue packets and newspapers to help solve the murder of Prescott Knight."
