Innisfail's legendary singing cowboy Ivan Daines thrilled appreciative music lovers at the 83rd Ponoka Stampede.
Daines, a retired Canadian rodeo champion, performed his cowboy tunes Friday afternoon (June 28) at the Tommy Dorchester Paddock on the Stampede grounds. He also entertained the following day, and again on June 30 and on July 1, the final day of the Ponoka Stampede.
