CARSTAIRS - A 55-year-old Carstairs man has been charged by Calgary Police Services (CPS) after allegedly exposing himself while driving in Calgary.

"At approximately 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 12 the victims were driving south on Stoney Trail approaching the Peigan Trail turnoff when a minivan began to parallel their car," said CPS Det. Travis Juska. "The van was driven by a man, and when the victims looked over, the driver exposed his genitals to them."

The complainants attempted to obtain the vehicle's licence plate number but the driver quickly swerved onto Peigan Trail and disappeared, he said.

Last week, CPS released a composite sketch of the suspect in hopes of generating tips.

The sketch led to another woman coming forward to report a similar incident that had occurred on May 22. In that incident the woman had managed to record the licence plate number from the suspect vehicle.

On June 5, Frank James Noskey, 55, was charged with two counts of committing an indecent act.

Noskey previously served a federal sentence of 12 years, 11 months and 28 days for sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon and forcible confinement, according to a CPS media release.
