Olds resident and Special Olympics athlete Mark Mengersen did well during the 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games, held March 14-21 in Abu Dhabi.
Mengersen, a member of the 10-pin bowling team, got a silver medal in team bowling, third place in bowling doubles and eighth place in men's singles.
