On Dec. 31 in Didsbury, Elaine Faye Labelle, a 61-year-old female of Didsbury, was charged with operating a conveyance (motor vehicle) while prohibited from doing so.

On Dec. 28 in Didsbury, Tempest Jade Penner, a 26-year-old female of Didsbury, was charged with operating a conveyance while impaired, driving while over 0.08, and failing to stop at a collision.

On Dec. 6 in Didsbury, Robert James Wells, a 45-year-old male of Red Deer, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired.

On Dec. 13, Kayleb Franklin Harvey-Sturges, a 23-year-old male of Didsbury, was charged with assaulting a peace officer with intent to resist a lawful arrest, as well as public intoxication and resisting arrest.

On Dec. 21 in Didsbury, Bruce Wayne Dreger, a 64-year-old male of Didsbury, was charged with possession of stolen property under $5,000 for a 2005 Dodge Neon.

On Jan. 26 in Didsbury, Nicholas Vincent Hankewicz, a 21-year-old male of no fixed address, was charged with two counts of failing to comply with a recognizance.
