OLDS — Local badminton player Ryder Persson just keeps on winning.
During the Nov. 30-Dec. 1 weekend, Persson of Olds and partner Krya Aikenhead of Calgary won gold in the mixed doubles event in the Sunridge Alberta Junior Series in Calgary.
Persson and Aikenhead also won the U17 mixed doubles during an Alberta Series Junior badminton tournament in Okotoks recently.
