With a huge snow dump just before Christmas, it made for perfect conditions in the great outdoors for Innisfailians to just have fun with sports.
Locals took to the ski and toboggan hills and outdoor skating rinks to practise their sporting skills in near perfect winter conditions - the great bone-biting chill experienced in mid-December had thankfully given over to warmer temperatures.
And there was lots and lots of snow.
