Morrison, Redelback are gross, net Olds Men's Open champs

OLDS — Kyle Morrison was the overall gross champion and Kevin Redelback was the overall net champion of the Hildebrand Motors Men’s Open golf tournament, held July 6-7 at the Olds Golf Club.

Morrison turned in a two-round gross total of 145 (68,77) in the championship flight, beating Tim Hollman by two strokes (74, 73 = 147).

Redelback shot a two-round net total of 140 (64,76) for a total-to-par net of -4. Blair Tremblay fired a two-round total of 141 (73, 68) for a total-to-par net of -3.

About 100 men entered the 36-hole stroke play event, which saw great, sunny weather.
