OLDS — The Olds Grizzlys lost another player to the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) recently and once again, get nothing in return for that loss.

The club announced Feb. 11 that the club’s captain, Connor Seeley, who had just returned from injury, has departed the team for the Coquitlam Express of the BCHL.

In January, three players left the Grizzlys to play in the BCHL.

“As with the other three players who have left to join the unsanctioned BCHL, the Grizzlys get nothing in return,” Kevin Watson, the Grizzlys’ manager of operations, wrote in an email.

Seeley had scored 10 goals and accumulated 22 points in 30 games with the black and gold this season.
