OLDS — The competition for two Olds Minor Soccer Club teams at the provincials was just too tough.
Both the U19 and U15 Olds Mustangs were unable to medal during the tournament, held July 5-7 in St. Paul.
The U15 team ended up in fifth place in an eight-team competition with two wins and two losses.
The U19 team finished in fourth place among four teams.
There was a silver lining.
Both teams won the Fair Play award in their age groups.
