The Olds High School Spartans girls soccer team are zone champions.
This past weekend, the Spartans won the Tier II Zone Championship in High River.
They shut out everyone they faced, beating Strathmore 5-0, Highwood 3-0, and Carstairs/Didsbury 3-0 to get into the final, which they won 3-0.
The team is coached by Taylor Grenier and Karla Pohl.
