OLDS — The École Olds High School cross-country team did well in Divisionals last week, co-coach Grace Martin says.

Divisionals were held Sept. 25 at Snake Hill in Sundre.

“Every single one of our athletes placed top 15 and qualified for zones,” Martin wrote in an email. “Ten of our athletes placed in the top five of their race.

“It was a beautiful sunny day that made running a hot challenge for students, followed by a strong wind that whipped air out of several lungs, but our students persevered."
