OLDS — Local riders did well in the Flat Track races for motorbikes and quads/ATCs held Sept. 23 and 24 at the Olds Regional Exhibition grounds.
During Saturday's races, in the Vet +60 category, Brent Hoschka of Olds placed third. (Darrell MacRae of Calgary, one of the main organizers of the event, finished first).
Hoschka also finished third in the Vintage Open class, also won by MacRae.
Olds residents Jason Holloway and Troy McDonald placed second and third respectively in the ATV Production class.
Hunter McDermott of Sundre finished in third place in the Youth over 50 CC class.
In Sunday's races, Holloway placed third in the ATV Production class.
