It was a tough weekend for Olds College Broncos men's and women's teams.
Basketball
In women's basketball, St. Mary's beat the Broncos 76-57 on Jan. 13. On Jan. 14, St. Mary's laid on another beating, 97-60.
In men's basketball, St. Mary's defeated the Broncos 77-46 on Jan. 13. The next day, it was a lot closer. St. Mary's won that game 80-74.
Volleyball
In women's volleyball, Briercrest won both matches on Jan. 13 and 14 by identical scores, 3-0.
The story was no better for the men. They lost 3-0 to Briercrest each day as well.
