OLDS — It was a rough weekend for the Olds Grizzlys.
The Camrose Kodiaks beat them 4-2 in Camrose on Friday night in Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) action. Then on Saturday, the Drumheller Dragons shut them out 5-0 at the Sportsplex in Olds.
As a result of those games, the Grizzlys have one win, three losses and one overtime loss in five games.
They sit in sixth place in the seven-team AJHL Viterra South division with three points; three points up on the Calgary Canucks who have a 0-6 record and one one point back of the Kodiaks (2-4-0 for four points in six games).
The Grizzlys’ next action is Friday, March 26, 7:30 p.m. in Drumheller and Saturday, March 27 when they host the Kodiaks at the Sportsplex. Game time for that match is 2 p.m.
