INNISFAIL - You know summer has come to an end when there's ice at the local arena.
The ice on the blue side at the Innisfail Arena is now installed and operational.
Since it was put in on Sept. 16, local user groups, including sports teams and organizations like the Innisfail Skating Club and Innisfail Minor Hockey have used the ice for practices.
The Innisfail Minor Hockey Association began holding conditioning camps on Sept. 16 in preparation for the upcoming season and for tryouts, which begin next week.
